Therapeutic Women’s Retreat

October 6-8, 2023, Keystone, Colorado
Whether you are craving time for yourself, some emotional and psychological healing, or connection with other women, this special event has been created just for you. Join us in beautiful Keystone, Colorado and spend a weekend in community together as we practice self-care, guided therapeutic introspection, group processing and some time in nature. This event will be facilitated by Red Rocks Counseling’s very own master’s level LPC psychotherapists, Sara Waters and Carissa Stiffler. Also joining us will be some very special guests, experts in yoga, massage and reiki, breathwork, and sound healing. Space is limited to 12 participants. Registration is open now and will close as soon as all 12 spots are spoken for.
